Maison Balme joined the Grand Hotel Chef in Saint-Jean-De-Luz, Richard Daulay to offer a range of four fresh gourmet menus (appetizers, entrees and desserts) with truffles, to eat in or take away! Packed in “Weck” buckets, these 100% truffle menus will be loved by the ones who are looking for high quality dishes, easy to prepare.
