Some rooms offer a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, for a stay with your feet in the water. Coming by train or plane? You can reach the hotel in 10 to 15 minutes by car from the airport or train station. A covered private parking lot with 24-hour surveillance is just 50 metres from the hotel.

BY PLANE

Biarritz airport is served from the main airports in France and several European cities:

There are 5 daily flights from Paris to Biarritz, one daily flight from London to Biarritz, regular flights from Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Lille, as well as 2 weekly flights from Geneva, Stockholm, Luxembourg, Berlin, Bristol, Basel Mulhouse and Copenhagen, 3 from Dublin, Brussels and Birmingham.

You can also check flights to San Sebastián airport, only 35 kilometres from the hotel (flights from Bordeaux) or Bilbao airport, 145 kilometres away.

Hôtel Windsor is just 10 to 15 minutes by cab from Biarritz-Pays Basque airport. You can also easily reach us by public transport (bus n°36, stop Mairie Edouard VII).

BY CAR

Located at 11 Avenue Edouard VII, 64200 Biarritz, the 4-star Windsor Hotel is easily accessible by freeway.

Take the A63 via Bordeaux or the A64 via Toulouse. Take exit 4 towards Biarritz/Aéroport Biarritz-Parme/Bidart/Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle. Follow Biarritz to join the D810. After 2 km, at the traffic circle take the 4th exit onto the D260, and after 2 km at the traffic circle take the 3rd exit onto Avenue de la Marne.

Turn left onto Avenue de la Reine Victoria and then slightly left onto Avenue Édouard VII, the hotel **** Windsor Biarritz Grande Plage will be on the right.

BY TRAIN

Biarritz is well connected by train to all major French cities. There are direct connections from Paris, Toulouse and Bordeaux, and many other cities can be reached with just one connection, for a simple and comfortable journey to the Basque coast.

The train station is 3 km away. We recommend taking a cab from the station to the hotel (approx. 8 minutes).

Paris - Biarritz: between 4 and 6 hours by train (direct or with a change at Bordeaux Saint Jean station);
Bordeaux - Biarritz : 2 hours by train (direct).

From the station to the hotel, you can take a cab (approx. 20 euros) or the N°5 bus to the Mairie Edouard VII stop (1.30 euros per person per journey). See sncf-connect.com for train fares and timetables to Biarritz.

PARKING

Are you bringing your own vehicle to our hotel? Our reception is located at 11, Avenue Edouard VII, where we have a quick-stop area for you to drop off your luggage.

Parking is available at the Parking Casino: covered and guarded 24 hours a day, it enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the city, just 50 meters from the hotel.
